Giving every new year a new focus.
GROWTH over COMFORT emphasizes that we are not bettering ourselves when we remain in a comfort zone. When we are uncomfortable, when we are challenging ourselves, is when we grow.

Director & Creator
Hello! My name is Broox and thank you so much for being interested in Montana's FIRST Annual Esthetics Conference. You are an equal part in being apart of something HUGE for our industry in this region!
I have been an esthetician for seven years and have always loved attending shows and continuing my education. But holy hell is it expensive and a lot of traveling for us in this region. I decided to do something about that.
This event is centered around community and education. As estheticians there is typically only one of us per salon. Making our community quite small. This event is here to bring us all together, more than social media can.
All estheticians and students are welcome from all cities and states. This is not an exclusive event. There will be multiple vendor booths and guest speakers for you to pick and choose from to check out. As well as catered events.
It is not my main goal to have this conference turn huge. If that's what happens naturally, then I love that I started something that so many want to be apart of. My main goal is to bring everyone together, learn from one another, and recognize each others' work. I don't care how big or small that becomes.
